  • Prospective client and other client team members as appropriate, in person or zoom
  • Conduct a simple, no obligation  assessment and results are presented at the end of the interview
  • Free report from assessment provided within 2-3 days

Arrow Up presents a simple proposal – letter of intent – for client review:

  • Plan, deliverables, approach and costs, team and timing
Contract

Arrow Up provides two contracts:

  • Master Services Agreement (MSA) – with general terms and conditions for the relationship
  • Statement of Work (SOW) for the specific phase – Focus, Build, and Accelerate 
Acceptance & Kickoff

Upon execution of contract, kickoff meeting scheduled with key stakeholders to initiate engagement to:

  • Establish connection and collaboration with team
  • Introduce team to the Arrow Up process
  • Build excitement about what lies ahead

Accelerated Growth Roadmap – Stage One

Focus
Overview

Beginning with the end in mind, the Focus Stage empowers a company to move forward in a synchronized unit.  After the focus stage we can answer the following questions:

  • “Where are we?”
  • “What’s working, what’s not?”
  • “Where do we want to go?”
  • “How will we work together?”
  • “What’s the short-term and long-term plan?

The Build Stage is where we begin execution of the strategic initiatives outlined in the Focus Stage.  After completing the Build Stage, we will be able to say:

  • “We are seeing improved gross profit.”
  • Product development, sales & marketing and operations improvement initiatives have been validated and are yielding initial results.
  • “We have good indications that we should enter this market.”
  • “Our new branding and marketing is working.”
  • “We have positive results from our in-market testing.”
